To open an account with cp12, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. You are personally liable for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the cp12 support team immediately.
For identity verification purposes, cp12 may request a national ID card, passport, or other supporting documents at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.
All users of the cp12 platform are expected to act honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws. Any form of fraud, cheating, use of bots, software hacking, or attempts to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in such activities will be suspended immediately.
Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards platform content, game outcomes, or other users is not permitted. cp12 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account without prior notice if their conduct is found to be in breach of these terms. Users must not attempt to access another person's account.
Cp12 services are strictly for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, placing bets on behalf of third parties, or engaging in money laundering is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. cp12 reserves the right to take all necessary legal action in such cases.
All financial transactions on cp12 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment methods available on the platform. Deposits are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes, and no longer than 15 minutes.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. However, this timeframe may be extended if identity verification or a security review is required. Withdrawing bonus balances is subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed in the relevant bonus offer.
Cp12 is not responsible for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. If a technical error results in excess funds being credited to an account, cp12 reserves the right to reclaim those funds. If a suspicious transaction is detected, cp12 may temporarily suspend the relevant account pending the completion of an investigation.
Cp12 is an entertainment platform and is not a guaranteed source of income. Users assume full financial risk for any losses incurred through betting and gaming activities. cp12 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party software errors.
Cp12 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, evidence of fraud, provision of false information, suspicion of money laundering, or instruction from a legal authority. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it may be returned upon completion of the investigation, where applicable.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. The self-exclusion feature allows users to temporarily deactivate their account for a set period — a practice that cp12 actively supports as part of its Responsible Gaming policy.
All content on the cp12 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and game content — is protected under cp12's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The cp12 website may contain links to third-party services or game providers. cp12 accepts no responsibility for the content or policies of these third parties. Users should review the relevant terms and conditions before using any third-party platform.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. cp12 may update these terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be published on the platform.
